Tony Smith

Tony Smith has over 30 years of tourism, travel and hospitality experience including founding world-renowned businesses “Finns Beach Club”, “Semara Resorts’, “BreakFree Resorts and Holidays” and “Schoolies.com”.

Tony has a proven track record of leading projects from conception, to highly profitable and sustainable business operations. His business acumen has led him to become one of Australia’s most known hospitality sector entrepreneurs.

Richard Manser

Richard is an Australian, Curtin (W.A.I.T.) Bachelor of Architecture graduate.
Richard has over 25 years of experience working both locally in Indonesia and internationally with projects ranging from Mykonos to Sri Lanka.

As a cofounder of Penjor Bali Mandiri, he has undertaken projects for the likes of the Four Seasons, Jumeirah, Mandarin Oriental, Wyndham and more.

Beau Whittington

Beau Whittington is the Chief Strategy Officer at Finns Bali with a track record in project management, design, marketing, operations and financial management of beach clubs, restaurants/clubs, resorts, recreational facilities and logistics.

Beau specialises in facilitating rapid growth from the early stages of businesses to established brands through the implementation of branding and marketing strategies in line with key systems, policies and procedures ensuring sustainability and success.

Sally Bateman

Sally Bateman is the main media contact for Finns Lifestyle Village. She has over 20 years of experience in PR, marketing, sales and tourism throughout multiple industries commencing with BreakFree Holidays Australia in the year 2000.

Sally relocated from Australia to Bali in 2012 and has been a pivotal part of the growth and success of Finns Bali (formerly Semara Collection).
